Staffing agencies want your shift open. We want it filled.

We run your hiring for every role. Then we help you keep the people you hire.

  1. She applies. We text her first.

Through your own Indeed ad, at 6:12pm. We answer every applicant by text within the hour, screen them and offer an interview time.

  2. Your shift. Your hire.

The interview goes on your calendar, confirmed the day before and two hours before. You make the hire, and she goes on your payroll, not an agency’s.

  3. Filled once. Then we stay with her.

An agency fills that shift again every week. We check in with each new hire by text through her first 90 days and give her a private line to raise a concern.

In California’s federal staffing filings for summer 2025, more than one in three newly hired CNAs was no longer working at the same building three months later. Nearly half of those were gone within two weeks.

CMS Payroll-Based Journal staff-level files, July to December 2025; our count of 9,035 new CNA hires. Staff who move between sister buildings count as new hires.

  4. A concern reaches you, without her name.

She decides whether a concern is passed on and whether her name goes with it. It reaches you, or the person you name, the same day, and we follow up until you mark it handled. Anything about danger, harassment or a resident’s safety always reaches you at once.

What to do about it is your call. We never schedule, discipline or coach your staff.

An example week. Thursday night is open, and if nobody fills it an agency does, at 2 to 3 times your own hourly rate, every shift.

How did your first week go?

Mostly fine. Nobody showed me where the lift batteries are on nights and I didn’t want to ask again.

Thanks for telling me. Want me to pass that to the administrator? I can leave your name out.

Yes, without my name.

Fifteen minutes on your number.

The fee
  1. A flat monthly fee for your building, agency or community.
  2. Hiring, outreach and the first 90 days are all in it. Your exact fee comes after a 15-minute call.

Bring the number that bothers you most: an agency invoice, refused hours, empty units or how many new hires you lost last quarter. We tell you whether it is a hiring problem, a keeping problem or neither, and what we would do about it.

For nursing homes we bring your building’s own new-hire numbers from the federal filings, where the filings have them.
